Non-insurance Rates and Packages

For those of you who elect not to use insurance or do not have insurance, we offer individual rates and packages:

RATES

Single Visit Rate: $90

*For all packages, there is no expiration date and a credit will be applied to your account. All payments due at time of purchase.

We currently accept all major PPO insurances, including:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna/ASH (American Specialty Health)
Aetna

We also accept the following HMO plans:

Remaining insurance providers accepted include:
